如果你能知道適當的壓力,可以激發出人的許多潛能,那麼你會能從壓力當中學習去開發自己的潛能,慢慢的變成一個豐富充滿經驗的人,不論成績好壞,這些過程一定能讓你變成專家。
所以,你可以現告訴自己有盡力努力了,適當的壓力是良性的。但是所有的事都不是人天生下來就會的,你必須懂得去學習和善用自己ˇ的時間。哪些能力是需要增加學習和向別人請教的呢?
假設沒有方法改善,那麼這件壓力的因子會越來越大,大到變成一種生存的焦慮時,日子即將會更難過,壓力只有增加沒有減少。
壓力一定來自某一件事你還沒有解決,建議朝著解決的問題方向去減輕壓力。
